Assist the Assistant Director in developing, implementing and
evaluating a comprehensive student organization and
fraternity/sorority life program which delivers quality and diverse
Support the Student Activities Strategic Goals through
programming and advising.
In conjunction with the Assistant Director, serve as a primary
resource to all fraternities and sororities.
Assist in budget tracking for student organizations and
Create marketing material and promote student organization and
fraternity/sorority life events in order to encourage maximum
attendance by all students.
Provide assistance in leading, motivating, supervising and
evaluating the student staff.
Assess program needs and develop new programming
Advise and support fraternity/sorority leadership
Provide support and guidance for fraternity/sorority
recruitment, risk management, and Chapter Accreditation.
Act as a student advocate, providing guidance and appropriate
referrals to students seeking assistance.
Actively participate in appropriate Carroll University
committees, task forces, and professional associations and
Assist with the production of major University-wide programs
including New Student Orientation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain fulltime enrollment in a Masters of Education
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
Preference will be given to candidates with at least two years
of experience (including undergraduate experience) in student
activities, Student Organization Management, Fraternity/Sorority
Life, program planning and/or event manageme
Strong preference for candidates affiliated with a fraternity
