Official Title: Student Records & Curricular Specialist I Business Title: Graduation Examiner Employment Class: Non- Instructional Academic Staff FTE: 1.0 Compensation: $35,600 - 36,732 FLSA Status: Exempt Terms of Employment: 12-month, Annual, Fixed-Term Renewable Position Summary:

Collaborates with and supports students, faculty, and staff in the development, implementation, and maintenance of student records and curricular services.

Responsibilities

Ensures correct and timely management of student records, course registration, and degree audits within the student information systems

Provides direction to students and staff on a variety of academic processes and policies including graduation requirements, academic standing, enrollment, and course change requests

Collaborates with students, academic deans, faculty, advisors, and staff to resolve curricular and student record issues

Audits and corrects data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Implements, interprets, and enforces instructional, professional, and legal standards and regulations related to student, curricular, and academic records

Qualifications Required: 1. Knowledge of student record computer applications. For example, PeopleSoft, Banner, etc.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively organize work to meet deadlines
3. Ability to communicate effectively.
4. Has working knowledge of the following applications: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, to effectively carryout assigned responsibilities.
5. Strong detail orientation. For example, the ability to accurately maintain records in an integrated complex database.
6. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Preferred: 1. PeopleSoft Student Records module experience.
2. Knowledge of and experience working with a degree audit reporting system.
3. Knowledge of university policies pertinent to student records and graduation. To Apply:
