Provides comprehensive secretarial support to the Dean of the College of Christian Studies as assigned. Performs assigned secretarial tasks for the College of Christian Studies Department Chairs to include scheduling and timekeeping activities, data and records management, documentation and correspondence, and accomplishing special projects.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
2. A minimum of 3 years secretarial experience is required, preferably in support of a senior-level manager.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
4. A minimum of 55 wpm typing speed is required.
5. Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.
6. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills
