To continue our impressive growth we are seeking an Assistant Professor of International Business and Strategy for our Lubin School of Business based at our New York City (Manhattan) campus. 

The Pace University Lubin School of Business invites applications and nominations for the position of Assistant Professor of International Business and Strategy to join the school beginning Fall 2022. This position will involve teaching courses in day, evening, and online classes, primarily in the areas of International Business and Strategy. Proficiency in analytics and the latest instructional technologies is strongly preferred. In addition to teaching their classes, Lubin faculty are expected to participate in the life of the Lubin School and its activities. This includes attending faculty and school events on campus and participating in the community as a representative of Pace University and the Lubin School of Business. The Lubin School of Business offers undergraduate, Master’s, and doctoral programs and is accredited by AACSB in both business and accounting.

The successful candidate will have a student-centric mindset and an enthusiasm for engaging with students. The successful candidate should also be service-oriented—a willing and able team player who genuinely cares for the needs of the department, school, and university.

Position Qualifications:

Candidates should have an earned doctorate in International Business and Strategy or a related field or an anticipated completion date during the Fall 2022 semester. Evidence of prior experience with developing and teaching various courses, managing a program or unit, and leading research projects to publication is highly desirable. Professional experience is also highly desirable.
