The Department of Economics invites applications for one tenure track position at the assistant professor level beginning Fall 2022. Essential Duties
We are interested in candidates with research and teaching abilities in Industrial Organization and Game Theory. The new hire will also be expected to teach Principles of Microeconomics, Intermediate Microeconomics and Mathematics for Economists.
Education and Experience Required
Candidates are expected to have completed their Ph.D. in Economics prior to the start date, have evidence of promise in research, and have demonstrated a capacity for effective teaching and a willingness to be active in service to the College and community. As our student body becomes increasingly diverse, we welcome applicants with experience teaching and mentoring students from a range of social, cultural, and economic backgrounds.
