Provides administrative support for a department, group of professionals, or to the manager of a work group consisting of professional staff and subordinate supervisors in support of unit goals, under general supervision

Qualifications:

Knowledge/Skills Required:
-Detail oriented with strong organizational and management skills are critical.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well with others and build relationships/partnerships within the departments, agencies and organizations.
-Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
-Strong interest and curiosity about the Programs' professional development content and processes along with motivation and strategies for new learning.

Experience Preferred:
-Experience in coordinating activities of a multi-faceted, complex program with practicing professionals or university students preferred.
-Experience coordinating onsite events and/or classes for university students/adult learners preferred.
-Experience with mental health programs and services that support families in the prenatal, postpartum and early childhood periods with children ages birth through five years preferred.

Additional Information:

A Criminal Background Check and Caregiver Check is required.

The person in this position will need to be available to be onsite for Capstone Certificate Program sessions, CPP Learning Sessions and other trainings, which includes one evening and a Saturday once a month based on a predetermined course schedule.

Travel is required. Must have valid driver's license and eligibility for Car Fleet usage is necessary.
