Job Summary:

The incumbent will perform administrative support duties in support of unit program. This position may also serve as the primary contact person or customer service representative and subject matter expert for physicians, health and wellness providers, services or programs with a strong knowledge base supporting program, policies, and procedures. The incumbent will be expected to provide administrative duties in support of unit program goals to provider services or program by tracking, prioritizing, organizing and completing multiple ongoing clinical, research or academic projects in various stages of progress.

Education:

Qualifications:

Required:
-One year of administrative support experience required
-Excellent spoken and written English grammar, punctuation, and proofing skills required
-Proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs and virtual meeting platforms, such as, WebEx, Zoom, etc.

Preferred:
-Experience in planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, seminars, or similar events
-Entering and submitting expense reports, training/education in administrative professional support
environment
-Executive level administrative support experience

Relevant work experience: scheduling meetings, calendar management, administrative support

Additional Information:

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring eligibility for employment in the United States on or before the effective date of the appointment. University sponsorship is not available for this position.
