The College of Business at Ohio University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor of Analytics & Information Systems (AIS). This position is in-person on campus in beautiful Athens, Ohio and is set to begin in August 16, 2022. Applicants must be ABD at the time of application and must have an earned doctorate or equivalent degree in a related field, from an AACSB or equivalent accredited institution by the start date. Preference will be given to candidates with an interest and ability to teach in the business information systems security area. We welcome candidates with evidence of solid research potential and effectiveness in teaching. New tenure-track faculty will receive travel support for academic conferences as well as summer research support. The teaching load for Assistant Professors is 2/2 for the first two years and 2/3 in following years. About the AIS Department 
The AIS department offers undergraduate majors in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics, and a minor in Business Analytics. The MIS program has been ranked as a top 20 program by Bloomberg Businessweek. The department also has several graduate certificates, and an online Masters of Business Analytics Program.
