Occupational Therapy - Adjunct

The Department of Occupational Therapy is seeking a dynamic adjunct instructor for OCCT 717 Fieldwork I in Psychosocial Occupational Therapy for the Spring 2022 semester. This individual would assist with the delivery of course content, supervision of students in class lab experiences, and supervision for FW I in psychosocial settings. Additional responsibilities include grading and providing feedback for group and session plans. This position is for a fully in-person course.

Required Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor, Master, or OTD degree
Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an occupational therapist in Virginia
Practice and teaching experience in occupational therapy evaluation and intervention in psychosocial or community-based settings.
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU

Preferred Qualifications
Occupational therapy Doctorate (OTD) or PhD




Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,500
