Purpose of Position
Accounting Specialist will be expected to monitor, compile and provide accurate copy/print billing to all departments on a monthly basis. In addition to the billing, the specialist will provide technical troubleshooting skills for copier and printer related issues.

This position oversees and manages the Copier Fleet and Managed Print Programs. Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for the campus community for printer maintenance and management. Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for downloading data usage reports from multiple sources (PageScope, Web, FM Audit) compiling billing data, verifying accuracy and invoicing departments for copy/print usage and uploading information into SAP on a monthly basis.

Establish and manage departmental print/copy charge backs by compiling billing data, verifying accuracy and invoicing departments for copy/print usage and uploading information into SAP on a monthly basis.

Oversee Copier Fleet and Managed Print Programs which includes researching and providing
products based on client needs and serving as liaison between Prosource and campus
community.

Manage reconciliation for all copy and print related items

Maintain Business Operations website

Manage calendar for Director of Business Operations & Auxiliary Services Qualifications
Some college and 5 years of experience required.

Looking for specific accounting and finance experience with solid background in MS Excel. Minimum Education Some College Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Minimum Experience 5 years Salary Pay Grade S67
