Assistant Professor of Chemistry
Applications are invited for a tenure track position in Chemistry to begin August 2022. PhD in Nanomaterials with an emphasis in Organic Chemistry, or a closely related field, is required.
A strong commitment to excellent teaching is essential. Supervising and supporting undergraduate research required. Preference will be given to candidates providing evidence of a record of excellent teaching.
Contract period is nine months. Normal teaching load is 12 contact hours each semester. An active professional development plan including scholarly activities and service to the University, the profession, and the community is expected. Salary determined by experience.
