The Associate Director of Residence Life Housing will assist with
fostering an environment that encourages student development in the
Residence Halls. This person serves as a member of the HRL
leadership team to assist with management and operations for the
Department. Participate in organizational training for consistent
management and supervision. The Associate Director for Residential
Education serves as an integral part of the Residence Life Staff
and provides comprehensive oversight of 1 Assistant Director, 4
Area Coordinators, and 9 Hall Directors. The position serves as an
educator and resource to challenge and support student growth and
development.
