About the Opportunity:
The D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston is seeking candidates for multiple tenured or tenure-track positions in Management and/or International Business. We are particularly interested in candidates who may benefit from interdisciplinary collaborations across our tightly knit school and campus network, in areas including Digital and Algorithmic Bias; Workforce Transformation; Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging; International Business; and Corporate Governance.

We seek candidates who are committed to excellence in research and teaching, and especially scholars conducting high-impact research. Joint appointments are possible when appropriate, including at our network campuses.

Candidates are required to hold a doctorate in Management, International Business, or a related field by the appointment start date, and must have backgrounds in or commitment to working with diverse student populations and/or in culturally diverse work and educational environments. Experienced applicants for positions above the Assistant Professor level are expected to have a significant research record and leadership potential.
