Qualifications:
ORB 311.01, Organizational Behavior and Management

Spring Quarter 2022, 4/4/22 - 6/11/22, Thursdays 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Moraga Campus

You will gain an understanding of how managerial and organizational processes work based on the behavioral sciences. You will use this information to analyze workplace behavior to improve motivation and commitment, leadership, job satisfaction, group and team dynamics, and organizational design.

Qualifications:

- Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior, Management, or a closely related field and a recent publication record in the field, OR

- A Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior, Management, or a closely related field and five years of current, relevant professional experience.
