Under the general supervision of the Director for the Center for
Transformative Justice (CTJ), this position is primarily
responsible for the coordination of campus-wide transformative
justice programming and serving as a liaison to campus partners.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
cross-cultural training/presentations, hate/bias response,
supervision of graduate assistants/interns, supervision of student
office staff, and assistance with office assessment/evaluation.
The CTJ Program Coordinator champions the office’s
mission to facilitate, sustain and advance an academic community of
equity, inclusion, and belonging. This position has a target
salary offer of $44,748. In addition, this position’s benefits
equate to more than 40% of the salary.
