The Associate Director of Digital Marketing position will be
critical to developing and cultivating engaging and actionable
digital marketing strategies. This position will develop and
implement digital marketing plans under the direction of the
Director of Integrated and Digital Marketing to support Advancement
and Presidential Priorities, inclusive of digital advertising, SEO
(search engine optimization), Google Analytics, mobile communities,
email, marketing automation, and SMS (short message service).
The Associate Director partners with Annual Giving, Donor
Relations, and University Relations to support digital fundraising
campaigns such as Crowdfunding, Giving Day, and Giving Tuesday.
Accountable for leading Search Engine Optimization in close
collaboration with Director of Web Communications, Creative
Director, Director of Business App Integration Services, and
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in interpreting data
to inform overall marketing, developing segmentation strategy, and
measurement plans to support a culture of continual improvement.
This position requires an individual who is highly organized,
detail oriented and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal

and verbal communication skills as well as a demonstrated ability

Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated progressive experience in
