About the Opportunity:

The Digital Content Manager will work closely with Enrollment Management Site Owners and Digital Marketing Teams to understand marketing priorities and objectives, translate those goals into a roadmap and into actionable tasks. This role would need deep understanding of the Enrollment Management marketing web properties across levels of abstraction- from the high level strategy to the implementation details and would liaise with technical, design, and analytics teams responsible for supporting these products. Under the direct supervision of the Senior Director of Systems, Data, & Technology, the Digital Content Manager will play a key role in delivering customer experiences that are recognized as best in the industry and serve in support of the University's strategic mission and support students and prospects. By understanding website analytics, the Digital Content Manager will use information gleaned from the data to better target, reach, and serve their target audience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Journalism, or related filed. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Web content management; Advanced knowledge in HTML, CSS, and content management systems. High level of comfort working with a variety of web technologies. Experience with WordPress, and Drupal preferred. Pro-active, innovative, self-starter who is flexible and able to operate under pressure; Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people of all cultures and levels.
