This is a full-time benefits eligible position. This position provides secretarial support to University Advancement staff in areas of operations as assigned, to include but not limited to, alumni engagememt, University events, Alumni Foundation events, annual giving, donor relations events, and special projects.

The Office Professional will share receptionist responsibilities with other front desk staff and be the face of the office providing frontline exceptional customer service to both internal and external constituents including Alumni Foundation board members, alumni, donors, potential donors, and campus partners.

Duties will include, but not be limited to, event support, mailing support, meeting support, and support of projects being facilitated by University Advancement and the Alumni Foundation. Education & Formal Training High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's degree (Specify field(s) of study below) Other Education & Formal Training
Associate’s degree in Business, Office Administration or related field preferred. Computer Skills Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Other - Able to create and manipulate charts and graphs, Electronic calendaring (MS Outlook & Google Mail), Adobe Acrobat (creating and editing files), Enterprise Relationship software preferred, Knowlege of Project Management systems preferred. Experience
Two (2) years of administrative assistant, secretary, or related experience required.

Knowledge and/or previous experience with alumni engagement and development operations or not-for-profit experience preferred.
