Program Coordinator (CINO Card Office)


Coastal Carolina University is accepting applications for the position of Program Coordinator (CINO Card office). This is a full-time position with benefits in Auxiliary Enterprises. 


Duties include, but are not limited to: monitor all CINO Card activities and transactions to ensure compliance with university and departmental policies and procedures;  collaborate with management on business strategies, new projects, marketing, service enhancements, physical and technical security, client and technology management, data collection and analysis, managing client and vendor relations, and all aspects of the campus card system; serve as a line of communication between the CINO Card office, service team, and campus to ensure service delivery and concerns are a priority; serve as a liaison to numerous campus partners (Aramark, University Housing, Financial Services, ITS, Facilities, etc.); serve as primary supervisor for CINO Card office student staff including hiring, training, and day-to-day oversight; document all processes and procedures; perform paraprofessional duties including but not limited to conducting inventory, ordering, and stocking supplies, updating student’s account information, and preparing and processing daily, weekly, and /or monthly reports; responsible for maintaining the CINO Card website and social media pages, ensuring that information is correct and updated as needed; and perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:  A bachelor’s degree in a related field of study and three (3) years of related experience are required.  Five (5) years of related experience and experience with a university one card system is preferred especially to those with a background in Cbord CS Gold. Experience in a university setting specifically with marketing and communications is also preferred.

SC State Pay Band: 05.  Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university. After hours and weekend work will be required during busy University times.
