Consults with, evaluates and advises faculty in the application of advanced informational technology for curriculum development and course delivery.
- Interacts with faculty, instructional assistants, programmer directors and students to gather and analyze requirements and applies them in the ongoing development of course management system.
- Designs, implements, test and deploy complex components that will be integrated into the course management system.
- Develops Windows-based and Web based applications to analyze complex course material electronically and uses current programming tools.
- Applies in-depth knowledge in database design, implementation and maintenance.
- Analyzes, evaluates and modifies third party libraries and components that can be integrated into ongoing development.
- Utilizes design patterns, object-oriented technology and web application security engineering approach to analyze, design, implement, and test components that will be integrated into multi-tier E-Learning system development life cycle.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Masters and 1 year experience
Requires application of avanced principles, techniques and theory in a professional discipline or a through general business management knowledge. Knowledge of this level is typically obtained through a directly job-related Master's degree or equivalent formal training in a recongnized field of specialization that is directly related to the type of work before performed. Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job related experience.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:
- Higher Education experience.
- Ability to take initiative, problem solve, exercise excellent judgment, demonstrate critical thinking skills and adapt to shifting priorities in diverse setting.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have good summarization and presentation skills
- Should have strong development skills in Windows Stack.
- Should have strong debugging skills including Remote Debugging.
- Should have experience in C#, Asp.NET Web Forms, MVC, Web API, Web Services.
- Should know JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, XML, XPATH, CSS.
- Should be comfortable with at least one front end technology such as Angular, React, Vue.
- Should have Web Development & Deployment experience using IIS, Docker, DevOps, Azure, CI/CD, git, TFS, Github.
- Should have experience using Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Intelli J IDEA, SSMS, Jupyter notebooks, .NET notebooks.
- Should have Database design and development experience in using TSQL to design and develop databases, tables, stored procedures, build indexes and perform optimization.
- Should have experience in Python and understanding of advanced Data Science principles.
- Should be able to help and guide graduate students with their programming assignments.
