Be yourself and start your career here. Help us build a better Brockport! Job Summary: SUNY Brockport is accepting application for a Advanced Program Field Experience Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Partnership Development and Field Experience, the Distance Field Experience Coordinator is responsible for identifying, confirming, and supporting field placements for teacher candidates in certification programs beyond the immediate Brockport area. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field by time of appointment from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
  • 3 years' or more professional experience in P-20 teaching, field supervision, or related work.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; and a commitment to collaboration, diversity, inclusion, and equity in program and course design and delivery.
  • Valid NYS Class D license and the ability to travel to various NYS school districts throughout the state.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Teaching and/or advising experience.
  • Experience working in online/distance delivered environments or courses.
  • Management and/or program reporting experience; and/or background in additional areas of expertise that support programs of the department.
    Work Schedule: M-F Salary and Benefits: Starting Salary $62,700, May be benefits eligible; more information at Careers@Brockport. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
