Dordt University is currently seeking a full-time faculty member to teach courses in the Education Department, with teaching opportunities in both the undergraduate and graduate programs.

Candidates will have the opportunity to teach courses aligned to the candidate's gifts and focus. All areas of specialization will be considered. Faculty also will advise education majors and serve on institutional committees while pursuing excellence in instructional responsibilities, intellectual contributions, and professional service. While a Master's degree is required, preference may be given to candidates with an earned doctoral degree in Education (Ed.D. or Ph.D.).

The successful candidate will collaborate alongside a visionary faculty and teach using curricular and pedagogical best practices. In addition to teaching, this position will also include participation as a full team member in department and university administrative tasks (such as curriculum development and review, assessment, development of new initiatives, student recruiting and advising, and committee assignments).
