Primary Duties
Under lead work direction of team lead, as part of Enterprise Applications ( EAPP ), the Analyst/Programmer will be involved with a variety of activities and projects related to applications used in enterprise content management ( ECM ) and e-signatures. These applications include but may not be limited to Perceptive Content, OnBase, Unity Forms, and Adobe Sign. Primary focus will be assisting with operational support to maximize the value of the investment in our enterprise core systems. Involvement efforts will span all phases of the project life-cycle with an emphasis on the following: testing, training and roll out; and system maintenance and support. Incumbents will be providing friendly, patient, guidance, and training of detailed analytical work to all levels of system end users from staff to executives about our campus business processes and the fundamental steps of digital transformation. The primary functions of this position include application support maintenance, business analysis, consulting, integration development, system and database analysis and support, documentation, training, and customer support.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Incumbent/applicant will need to be able to perform the essential job functions (duties) of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. This position alternates between remaining in a stationary position operating a personal computer for long periods of time and frequently moving about inside the office. Must be able to travel across campus to other offices and buildings on campus for meetings and events.
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Work is performed in a typical office environment operating standard office equipment. This position involves frequent interaction with other members of the EAPP team, with other members of the IRES organization, and with functional and technical members of the campus community. Position also involves some interaction with staff and faculty, training and assisting with the use of vendor provided and in-house developed systems and software. Benefits
