Position Summary:

Requirements::
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

3 years of learning and development training

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in L&D roles designing and delivering high-impact learning experiences (even when they are all virtual and digital).
• Deep knowledge and strong on the job experience around learning methods, technology, LMS and best practices.
• Views the Learning function as a business enabler, you have worked in a fast changing, multicultural environment and you thrive in ambiguity.
• Coaching certification
• Data driven, Strategic, and Analytical.
• Strong team player.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws relating to the recruitment and employment functional areas of Human Resources.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems. Skill in using office computer information systems to organize, store, manipulate, and retrieve data.
• Highly effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage multiple assignments and competing priorities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Focused on providing a high level of customer service and follow through.


Responsibilities:

• Deliver best in class learning experiences focusing on employee experience to drive engagement & soft skills development an evaluate training opportunities to upskill our employee population.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and as serve as a consultant throughout the full hiring process, including developing a recruitment strategy, market analysis, through on-boarding.
• Design & deliver (remotely & in a hybrid context) innovative learning solutions for all levels of management in various formats (eLearning, virtual classes, blended programs, etc.)
• Facilitate training programs using skillful application of adult learning theory. Draw upon a wide variety of techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer, skill development & efficient, fun learning.
• Serve as a business partner to key internal stakeholders to identify development needs and address those needs through learning experiences.
• Monitor, and create content & learning analytics via LinkedIn Learning.
• Ensure the monitoring, tracking, evaluation, and report on the impact of learning experiences (KPIs, behavior change, qualitative feedback etc.).
