Tenure Track Assistant Professor-Clinical Psychology Program

The Clinical Psychology Program is recruiting to fill a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level. In particular, we are seeking candidates with a bourgeoning track record of published research in the development, evaluation, and/or dissemination of preventive/therapeutic psychosocial interventions particularly those focused on adaptation of therapy protocols for cultural and contextual relevance, neuroscience-informed investigation of treatment mechanisms, exploration of the concomitant influence of culture, race/ethnicity, and biology on treatment, treatment personalization, implementation science, and/or integration of mental health care within other systems (such as primary care, school clinics, etc.). Expertise in conducting domestic or international research and training with children, adolescents, and/or adults affected by systemic oppression, social disadvantage, and mental health disparities is highly desirable. The faculty member will also be encouraged to utilize assessment and intervention resources at the Dean-Hope Center, the Teachers College student training clinic particularly to strengthen community outreach and build a program of community-based research. Applicants should have a PhD from an APA accredited clinical psychology program. The clinical program highly values a diverse intellectual community and we strongly encourage applications from all underrepresented groups.
