The Director of Operations for Women's Softball will assist in
managing the budget and daily operations of the Women's Softball
program. This person will also be the main liaison for student
athlete admissions, the Athletics Compliance department, and
Student Athlete Academic Support Services. Responsibilities include
and are not limited to supervising travel (for both the team and
staff); assist with the daily schedule of coaches and team;
coordinate recruiting; plan special events; serve as game day
operations liaison; handle numerous administrative responsibilities
for the head coach. This position reports directly to the Head
Coach of Women's Softball.
Master's degree and/or bachelor's degree with related
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience in planning athletic team travel.
Experience working with a diverse group of coaches, staff, and/or
Experience working in a Division I "Power 5" athletic department
women's softball program.
Experience as a collegiate coach and/or student athlete.
Working knowledge of recruiting software.
Experience with ARMS workflow software.
Commensurate with experience.
The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal
conviction check as well as documentation of COVID-19 vaccination
or receive approval
from the university for a vaccination exemption due to a medical
