The Recruitment Coordinator in the Career Development Center (CDC) at Stonehill is responsible for increasing opportunities for students to interact with organizations (employers, graduate schools, and service organizations) both in-person and virtually.  They will build and maintain relationships with organizations and develop programs and initiatives to increase their visibility to students by collaborating with campus partners and Career team members.  The Recruitment Coordinator will work with students directly in appointments, drop-ins, and programs coaching them on networking and the recruitment process.  The Recruitment Coordinator will also facilitate the process for approving job postings and employers in Handshake, as well as the recruiting program.

Education & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree is required with a demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in higher education or corporate recruiting. Experience with the Handshake career management system is preferred but not required.
