Responsibilities:
Oversee diploma and certificate production for over twelve thousand graduates on an annual basis. Administer customer service support for entire Northeastern alumni body for reprint and reorders of historical diplomas. Under the direction of the Associate Director, maintain the Apply to Graduate petition and systems to track program completion and graduation ceremony attendance. Provide reports of graduates for commencement booklets. Support Director and Associate Director of Academic Records as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred. Three to five years of experience in higher education. Computer skills with flexibility to adapt to new technology. Familiar with student record and diploma production systems preferred. Exceptional time management, multi-tasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Must have demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt to a varying range of needs. Excel and other reporting tools. Knowledge of FERPA and other federal regulations.
