If so, consider applying for ERAU Worldwide's “Project Manager Career Services” position.
This entry level position is excellent for the candidate ready to apply personal and professional initiative while representing Worldwide Career Services and the Dean of Students Office. The position assists the Director and Assistant Directors of Career Services in developing, implementing and managing strategic initiatives and operations related to Career Services. Assist with student career planning, team operations, development of activities, and the administrative processing of student applications for the Co-op/Internships (COIN) Program. The position will assist with the implementation and management of Handshake, the ERAU Career Services software platform system, for WW students, alumni and staff. Assist in the planning and execution of Worldwide Industry/Career Expos in various modalities as well as assistance with graduation-related activities.
This position also requires strong communication skills (verbal and written) as well as additional essential core competencies including critical thinking, digital technology and professionalism. The selected candidate will assess, track, and provide career-related resources and services, including career and interview preparation and resume building. The Project Manager will also collaborate with the Daytona Beach and Prescott Career Service Offices, the ERAU Alumni Association, Office of Professional Education and related internal departments.

Qualifications

- Associate's degree
- (1-3) years of work related experience
Required Skills, Knowledge Abilities:
- Experience working with non-traditional students and in various learning modalities
- Ability to apply interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in Higher Education positions
