Summary of Job Duties:•tAdminister the high school equivalency test under required conditions
•tKeep accurate records (i.e. student blue file folders, student log-in records, etc.)
•tMaintain computers for high school equivalency test in computer lab
•tSchedule the high school equivalency test on an as-need basis
•tPrints students’ high school equivalency test scores as needed and keep on file
•tTake and pass all high school equivalency test proctor assessments
•tMaintain the programs account with the high school equivalency test vendor
•tEnroll students on an as-need basis
•tAdminister pre- and post- assessments to students as needed
•tEnter student records into online data management system
•tGenerate testing and attendance alert reports and share with staff
•tManage student attendance records
•tMaintains student records and files, including preparation of enrollment file folders
•tAnswer phone and disseminate program information
•tGreet visitors and answer questions regarding the program at Saline County Adult Education Center
•tFile
•tCopy program material
•tHelp Program Director with recruitment and retention activities
•tMonitor attendance records of minor students for failure to comply with mandated attendance requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree

Technologically savvy

minimum 3 years experience data entry

minimum 3 years experience administrative assistant
