Under general supervision assists with coordinating assessment activities for the College of Pharmacy and Health Science to be used for assessment, accreditation, and planning. Essential Duties Summary
  • Under supervision of the Director of Administration & Assessment, assists with assessment data collection, analysis, and assessment coordination.
  • Coordinates with all program directors and COPHS administration to complete assessment and strategic plans, reports and surveys as required by TSU, Title III, COPHS and program accrediting bodies.
  • Maintains a repository of programmatic and learning assessment data for all COPHS programs.
  • Generates reports, graphs, and presentations of assessment data.
  • Assists faculty and staff with data requests.
  • Administrative support to the Office of Educational Effectiveness and the college Educational Effectiveness committees.
  • Management and support of COPHS Educational Technology platforms and TSU data repositories. Trains faculty and staff as needed.

1.0 Hiring Range $48,273.00 - $60,341.00 Education
Some college and/or Associate’s degree with (5) five years of experience in educational assessment and educational technology.

N/A Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of:
  • Proficiency with educational technology such as Office365, ExamSoft, Enflux, CoursEval, Campus Labs, etc.
  • Educational assessment, policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Data collection, analysis, and visualization.
  • Requires full/complete knowledge in multiple disciplines and serves as an ultimate subject matter expert in at least one discipline or function.
  • Technical and functional principles, procedures, and subject matter in multiple disciplines to handle any situation and lead or train others.
  • Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications.




Skill in:
  • Detail oriented.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Both verbal and written communication.


Ability to:
  • Requires the ability to lead the development or modification of work procedures across multiple disciplines.
Work Experience
Three (3) years of experience in educational assessment and educational technology. Working/Environmental Conditions
  • Routine office environment.
  • Sitting or standing in one location much of the time.
  • Some stooping, lifting or carrying objects light weight may be required.
  • Use of video display terminal.
