Job Summary:

Under general supervision, the incumbent will coordinate Continuing Medical Education programs for the Department of Anesthesiology, including the Grand Rounds and Visiting Professor Educational Programs, Maintenance of Certification (MOCA) courses, and Life Support courses offered by the department. The incumbent will also coordinate the OR Shadowing program and provide administrative support for the Education group's retreats, conferences, and events. This position will also assist as backup for the medical student, SAA (student anesthesia assistant), and SRNA (student registered nurse anesthetist) rotation coordinators.

Qualifications:

- Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer experience required
- Preferred: One year of administrative support or customer service experience.

This position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.

Work Schedule:

Work will be performed on-site. Office work schedule will be established upon hire. In general, employee will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with some flexibility due to department events. Employee will need to be available to work for special department events, such as Grand Rounds on Wednesday mornings, and for courses, workshops and CME programs that are offered outside the regular business hours.
