Visual Marketing Specialist

professional to serve as Visual Marketing Specialist. The Visual
Marketing Specialist will join a dedicated advancement team,
contributing to the Foundation’s growth, and will play a critical
role in identifying opportunities to support NMSU community impact,
especially for students and faculty. The Visual Marketing
Specialist will oversee all visual marketing projects through from
concept to development to post-production and delivery. This is a

Required Education & Experience
The position requires a bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of
professional experience related to the standard duties as outlined.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversees all visual marketing projects from concept development
to post-production and delivery.
- Works collaboratively within the External Relations team to
ensure visual marketing projects are well-aligned with the
strategic needs of the organization.
- Manages and oversees visual marketing story-boarding,
pre-production planning and scheduling, and on-site production
activities for visual marketing projects (e.g. – animation,
- Delivers high quality products on time and within budget.
- Anticipates and responds to needs and requests from clients
(advancement, colleges, donors).
- Supervises additional staff during video production.
- Identifies best practices for visual marketing production and
evolves daily operations as necessary.
- Oversees all visual marketing assets and ensures all media is
archived appropriately and is readily obtained.

qualification and attributes:
- Knowledge and experience with shooting and editing videos.
- Knowledge and experience with sound editing.
- Knowledge and experience with still photography.
- Knowledge of video production equipment.
