Associate Athletic Director for Diversity, Equity and
The Associate Athletic Director for Equity and Inclusion (AADEI)
will serve on the Athletics Department's senior management team.
This AADEI will oversee the full range of Department human
resources activities, provide assigned sport supervision, and will
lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts for the Department in
coordination with the University's Office of Inclusive Excellence.
The AADEI will serve as the Deputy Title IX Officer and will work
in collaboration with the University's Office of Equal Opportunity
and Title IX Coordinator. The AADEI will serve as Sacramento
State's Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Designee as required by
the NCAA, and will serve Sacramento State as the primary contact to
the NCAA as it relates to NCAA inclusion matters. Provide strategic
leadership, planning and oversight of the implementation of the
department's gender equity & diversity/Title IX plan.
MPP - This position is defined in the Management
Personnel Plan (MPP) of the California State University. It is
excluded from the collective bargaining process and is exempt from
overtime provisions of FLSA. This position is covered by health

$4,583 - $13,750
$4,583 - $7,500 monthly
