is seeking a
full-time Assistant Professor of History.
The position reports to the Chair of the History
Department within the Division of Liberal Studies in the School of Arts and Sciences.
The successful candidate will receive
a dual appointment in the Department of
the Core and the Department of History and will be expected to teach the Core Curriculum course Historical Consciousness, as well as courses in the undergraduate history major. Depending on expertise, the position may also include teaching in the Integrated Humanities and Master of
Liberal Arts programs.

Minimum qualifications include: a completed doctoral
degree; experience teaching undergraduate and graduate students (preferred); competency in
an online teaching environment.
