Job Description Summary

This is a grant-funded position through March 2023.

Under the direction of the Director of ERP Solution Services, this position will lead the implementation and technical support of the college’s student success management platform, EAB Navigate.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of professional work experience in student services. or related education/experience.
  2. Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience must be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
  3. Previous experience in higher education setting.
  4. Previous experience implementing student success management platform, preferred.
  5. Previous experience in managing large-scale technical implementation, preferred.
  6. Previous experience developing requirements and process improvements, preferred.
  7. PMP Certification, preferred.

  6. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple work assignments and project simultaneously.

  8. Ability to implement configuration changes.
  9. Ability to serve as the liaison between EAB and the Database Team to ensure data feeds are operational.
  10. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  11. Demonstrated expert knowledge of EAB Navigate or similar student success management platform.
  12. Ability to determine project requirements and business needs.
  13. Ability to delegate tasks and achieve goals.
  14. Ability and willingness to share ideas, to be open to the ideas of others, work toward organizational goals and interest.
  15. Demonstrated technical project management skills.
  16. Excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  17. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.


Job Requirements

  1. Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Work schedule subject to change based on the needs of the department.
  2. This position requires accessibility via cell phone during business and non-business hours.
  3. Must have the ability to perform climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English.
  5. As required by the 1986 Immigration Act, be prepared to present acceptable documentation showing your identity and that you are a U.S. citizen or an alien who is authorized to work.
