The College of Education and Human Sciences at the University of
Nebraska – Lincoln (UNL) is searching for three faculty positions
across three departments. This is a unique opportunity for

The Departments in the College of Education and Human Sciences
enjoy active research and teaching collaborations on campus with
the Center for Brain Biology and Behavior, the Nebraska Center for
Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools, the Schmoker
Reading Center, the Buffet Early Childhood Institute, the Buros
Center for Testing, the Counseling and School Psychology Clinic,
and the Nebraska Internship Consortium in Professional Psychology.
Community collaborations also exist with Boys Town National
Research Institute, Boys Town National Research Hospital, Madonna
Rehabilitation Hospital, and school districts across the state.
Nebraska system collaborations exist with the University of
Nebraska – Omaha, the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and

The three faculty positions are:
1. The Department of Educational Psychology is
seeking applications for a nine-month, tenure-track Assistant
Professor position in our APA-accredited Counseling Psychology
program with expertise in psychological assessment, qualitative and
quantitative research methods, ethical decision-making, group
counseling, couple and family counseling, counseling skills, and
multicultural counseling. The position is tenure leading with a

is seeking applications for an Assistant Professor of Practice in
pre-school through 12th grade (P-12) school leadership. The
position will be focused on service students in the P-12 Master’s
in Education (M.Ed.)/principal endorsement and Doctor of Education
(Ed.D.)/superintendent endorsement programs, with a particular
emphasis on the superintendency. For more information about this

3. The Department of Special Education and Communication
Disorders is searching for a faculty member at the rank of
Assistant Professor, with expertise in early childhood/early
elementary special education (birth to Grade 3). The position is
