Job Summary:

I. Develops, prepares, and submits protocol-specific application materials to regulatory bodies such as the Institutional Review Board and scientific review committee (20%)
II. Develops clear and accurate informed consent documents (10%)
III. Serves as regulatory contact person for research studies involving human subjects (10%)
IV. Maintains complete and accurate regulatory files and records (10%)
V. Communicates directly with protocol sponsors related to regulatory documents and activities (10%)
VI. Provides guidance and direction to research teams regarding compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations (10%)
VII. Performs quality checks (5%)
VIII. Contributes to the development of new team and unit processes, procedures, tools, and training (5%)
IX. Assist with preparation and submission of grants and contracts (20%)

Qualifications:

At least two (2) years of regulatory experience. Commercial IRB experience desirable.
