Fatima College of Health Sciences (FCHS) was established by the Institute of Applied Technology in 2006, an aim to meet the United Arab Emirate’s growing need for the skilled healthcare professionals.

The college started by offering the Higher Diploma or BSc in the Nursing program and has since then expanded to offer other degree programs in Health Sciences including Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Radiology & Medical Imaging and the Emergency Health (Paramedic). FCHS has campuses based in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, and Al Gharbia in the UAE. 

The Associate Director for the Academic Affairs oversees academic operations of Fatima College of Health Sciences, within the IAT governance framework. Work side by side with the Heads of other programs to achieve the vision, mission and objectives of FCHS.

We are seeking to appoint the Associate Director Academic Affairs. 

Applicants should be qualified to PhD level in Nursing, have a minimum of 10 years in Education sector and experience at Professor Level with considerable academic management experience and knowledge in National and International Accreditation within the education systems. Experience working internationally in a similar capacity is desirable. MOH evaluation or HAAD registration is required, or registration in Home Country Professional Registering Body (for International Applicants). Excellent Oral and written English is required at the level of Academic IELTS band 7 standard and demonstrated ability to enhance learning through effective integration of ICT into professional practice.
