Job Summary

Coordinates the production and delivery of publication and other creative services projects; works with many stakeholders to ensure completed projects meet required specifications and align with university guidelines.

Essential Functions

1. Coordinate the review and approval process for university publications and materials to
ensure they meet university brand standards.
2. Coordinate the flow of creative services projects using the creative services workflow
system to input projects and track progress.
3. Serve as a point-of-contact and work collaboratively with multiple vendors, creative teams
and campus communicators regarding project deadlines and status.
4. Maintain a visual database of creative projects and assist in compilation of annual reports
and award submissions.
5. Work closely with print vendors and stakeholders to obtain/provide print estimates and
coordinate the print production process for creative services projects.
6. Process invoices for creative services projects.

Education Level

High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.

1. Technological skills to become proficient in use of department’s creative services
workflow and digital asset management systems.
2. Strong organization skills for tracking, reporting and cataloging a large number of
projects.
3. Knowledge of professional printing processes, paper stocks/types and finishing
options.
4. Experience, or strong interest, in branding and working closely with brand guidelines.
5. Very strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with many contacts across campus.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
