Quality Enhancement Plan Director

Primary Purpose of Position:
The position of Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Director reports to
the SACSCOC accreditation liaison and will be responsible for the
operational success of the QEP including completing all QEP
initiatives, submitting required reports to internal stakeholders
within the institution and to SACSCOC, ensuring exemplary program
delivery, maintaining ongoing quality assessment and evaluation,
and infusing the QEP into the culture of the university.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A Master’s degree in higher education or a related field from
an accredited higher education institution
- A minimum of 3-5 years of full-time experience at a
college/university, with at least 3 years of experience
coordinating or managing projects
