The Department of Criminology in the School of Social Sciences
at the University of Lynchburg is hiring for our growing and
expanding program. We are currently accepting applications for a
tenure-track, full-time appointment at the rank of
Assistant/Associate Professor to begin August 2022.
Applicants should have completed a doctoral program in criminology
or criminal justice and demonstrated promise of excellence in
teaching and scholarly research. Special consideration will
be given to those candidates with practical experience in the field
and a desire to teach advanced research, comparative criminal
justice, and statistics.
