The Opportunity:

The Enrollment Marketing and Digital Strategy department is seeking an energetic and passionate designer who is uber creative with an eye for detail; the ability to adapt and evolve with an ever-changing industry and a fast-paced collaborative environment.

This individual will work in a cross-functional team providing them the ability to dive deep into understanding the strategy and placement of all media and ensuring they represent the Embry-Riddle brand in a relevant and meaningful way.

Under creative direction and in alignment with brand standards, the Digital Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design and versioning of digital ads (both static and animated), assist in the creation of custom email blasts, developing designs and graphic collateral to support social media, a wide variety of website and execute revisions to existing projects.

This position will also provide design support for Creative Strategy and Brand Management department, including digital assets, presentation graphics and video support.

Our ideal candidate will bring proven design experience that is imaginative, resourceful and effective. This person will process collaborative feedback from design and marketing management while advocating for effective creative solutions. The ability to apply their knowledge of digital accessibility will be critical in the conceptualization and execution of the campaigns.

Responsibilities include the following:
  • Conceptually design a high volume of creative campaigns that span across the digital landscape.
  • Monitor projects within Teamwork and ensure projects are on time
  • Work with Digital Strategy and Design team to stay up to date on campaign strategies and performance metrics to help optimize and make real time tweaks in the campaigns to impact overall ROI
  • Keep up with digital accessibility and its impact to the campaigns & platform specs and adjustments
  • Integrate processes and practices with greater creative vertical
  • Participate in weekly team meetings & 1:1 to discuss performance or projects coming down the pike
  • Demonstrate strong ability to collaborate and work as a team with the ability to receive feedback on creative work
Qualifications

Strong portfolio of work required; please provide link to digital portfolio with application materials
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ digital design experience in an agency or in-house marketing department
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in HTML5 and CSS
  • Proficient in email design and best practices
  • Experience in motion graphics
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, UI/UX, CMS platforms
  • Strong creative design and conceptualization across various creative elements
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven ability to think strategically with a vision as to what’s possible across large campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of the principles and techniques of digital design including digital accessibility
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a larger team
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at any given time
  • Must be a team player with strong work ethic
  • Proven ability to stay up to date in the ever-changing world of digital
