Department: The Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, administratively housed in the School of Health Professions, offers two undergraduate programs (traditional Bachelor’s and a post-baccalaureate) and three graduate programs (Master’s in SLP, AuD, and the Communications Disorders concentration for the PhD in Rehabilitation Science). The department includes a Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic which offers assessment and intervention for adults and children with speech, language, and hearing disorders, and serves as a major resource for interprofessional education, practice, and research. Required Qualifications

Earned doctorate in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related discipline
Evidence of ongoing research/scholarly achievements, publications, and presentations at professional conferences
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and eligibility for Texas licensure
