Adjunct Faculty - Communications

Looking for qualified adjunct faculty to teach: Human Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Digital Video Editing and Media Writing.

Please note: Successful candidates for the Media Writing position will have professional experience or training in writing for various media including broadcast, print, and new media. Successful candidates for the Digital Video Editing position will have professional experience with Avid and Adobe Premiere editing software.

Adjunct faculty are responsible for preparing lesson plans and instructional materials or activities for class. Adjunct faculty must maintain accurate records on students and submit pertinent data to the department and/or the College.

Degree requirements: Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, Broadcasting or Media Studies is required.

Skills and experience: College teaching experience preferred.

Additional Information: Hiring adjunct instructors is an ongoing process. You will be contacted by the Department Chair if needed.
