Position Purpose: The Graduate Registration Coordinator
supports learning by providing administrative support to the School
of Social Work and other Graduate programs as needed; especially in
the areas of registration and enrollment.

Essential Job Functions:
Provides administrative support for the School of Social Work
and the MSW/DSW Program Director
Processes incoming admissions files for MSW/DSW/Post MSW PEL
and CADC students at Aurora and Woodstock locations.
Enters applicant file into database ensuring Colleague records
are also updated.
Coordinates registration sessions for incoming students both as
individual and in a group.
Processes MSW advanced-standing credit in Colleague.
Advises students to develop a timeline for completing academic
requirements and meeting professional goals.
Maintains Moodle advising boards for MSW and DSW students.
Prepares Informer reports for students’ registration,
background check, transcript, grades, and tracks.
Maintains databases of all students for the MSW and DSW and the
Post MSW school endorsement and Post MSW addictions programs.
Assists Field Office with registering BSW/MSW students to field
liaison section.
Assists track coordinators to add tracks to students’ academic
evaluation.
Performs a degree or completion audit for MSW/DSW/Post MSW PEL
and CADC students’ academic progress toward a degree or
certification.
Provides secretarial support for other graduate programs as
needed especially in the area of registration and enrollment.
Collaborates with Online office for student registration and
change of program modality.
Assists with Enrollment, Registrar, Student Accounts, Financial
Aid, and other offices on campus.
Answers phones, files, updates and stores records.
Uses Colleague to access student schedules and contact
information; communicates via email with students, staff, and
faculty.
Performs general office duties, including photocopying, faxing,
ordering office supplies, filing, and handling of office mail.
Assists faculty and students by phone, email, video
communication, and personal contact.
Prepares faculty supplemental and adjunct faculty contracts and
also Field Liaison contracts.
Essential Job Requirements:
Education:
- High School diploma required.
Experience:
- Previous office experience preferred.
Skills:
- Good communication skills; listening, writing, and
speaking.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of computers, including: word processing,
spreadsheet, and database capabilities.
- Ability to communicate in person, via email, or by phone.
