Qualifications

MSW degree from a CSWE-accredited institution, at least three years of post-MSW social work experience, and a doctorate degree.

A DSW degree is preferred, though a PhD in social work or related discipline will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates who: (1) have teaching and curriculum development experience, especially as it pertains to best practices in online education; (2) have knowledge of social work evaluation methodologies and experience in evaluating practice; (3) have experience mentoring graduate students; (4) can make positive contributions to the DSW Program’s goals in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion through its curriculum and activities; and (5) have post-DSW/PHD practice experience.
