The Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Houston (UH) invites applications for a non-tenure-track faculty position at the Research Assistant Professor level beginning September 01, 2022. Appointment to our faculty requires a Ph.D. in Engineering or Physics with specialization in Optical Coherence Tomography and Elastography, 2+ years of experience in postdoctoral research (or equivalent), experience in big data processing with a focus on optical imaging of soft (biological) tissues. Qualifications :
Ph.D. in Engineering or Physics
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in working with optical elastography systems (such as Optical Coherence Elastography and Brillouin Spectroscopy
