The Program Manager works in partnership with the center's director
and other staff members to create efficient and replicable work
processes and practices. This includes, but is not limited
to, creating and managing vendor contracts and purchasing
agreements, financial records, program timelines and budgets,
operational calendar, and stakeholder reports. CLOE's Program
Manager works independently with a wide range of educators and
faculty members to refine and deliver with excellence an extensive
set of professional growth workshops and learning events.
They also actively manage CLOE's Learning Management System (LMS)
and deliver leadership and organizational development initiatives
consistent with their expertise and capability.
