About the Opportunity:
The Contact Tracing Manager will oversee the contact tracing activities of students, faculty, and staff at Northeastern University. The aim of this campus wide initiative will be to call cases of each person diagnosed with COVID-19, gather information on the contacts, and provide public health recommendations and information, assistance in finding resources during isolation and quarantine, and facilitate timely and safe return to campus.

The Contact Tracing Manager will be responsible for daily operation and management of the Contact Tracing Team, supervising team members, and ensure high-quality contact tracing that corresponds to the guidelines provided by the university as well as the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.

The CT manager will be expected to work flexible hours depending on the business needs, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum of five (5) years of experience in public health and or customer service and three (3) years of management experience operating a complex healthcare/public health program Experience supervising teams with 5 or more direct reports Experience driving analytics & reporting, contributing and ensuring staff success and implementation of best practices Clinical or public health background strongly preferred Ability to thoroughly understand and apply protocols Ability to make sound judgment independently on complex situations Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Ability to communicate with clients and coworkers in a friendly, professional and respectful manner Excellent organizational and communication skills Critical thinking

Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in health-science related field (MPH, MSW, MBA or similar) Experience in COVID-19 contact tracing Experience working in higher education Experience scheduling staff with varying shifts Experience working with a team with a wide variety of background and skill levels
